The Stirling Half Marathon is a brand-new major running event coming to the heart of Scotland on 16 May 2027, delivered by Up and Running Events in partnership with London Marathon Events, the team behind the TCS London Marathon.

With 5,000–7,000 runners expected in its first year, the event will bring thousands of people to Stirling for a half marathon through one of Scotland’s most historic and iconic settings.

Combining London Marathon Events’ world-leading mass participation experience with Up and Running Events’ knowledge, community and experience across Scotland, the ambition is to establish the Stirling Half Marathon as a major annual fixture in the Scottish running calendar.
